New Era in the Real Estate Sector: Value Information Center to be Implemented Across Turkey

The Value Information Center (DBM) project, jointly launched by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, heralds a major transformation in the real estate sector. This AI-supported digital system aims to determine the true market values of immovable properties in an objective, transparent, and reliable manner.

Transparent Valuation Based on True Value

The Value Information Center will analyze all immovable properties throughout Turkey at the neighborhood and street level, revealing their true market values through comparable property analyses. Thanks to this innovative system, citizens and investors will be able to easily access critical information digitally regarding properties they are considering purchasing, such as:

  • True market value,

  • Comprehensive price comparisons with similar properties,

  • Estimated sales price,

  • Investment return potential.

Phased Implementation Plan

The first phase of the project will be launched in Istanbul in the first quarter of 2026. Subsequently, with a gradual rollout strategy, the Value Information Center is planned to be operational in all 81 provinces of Turkey by mid-2027.

Strong Integration with Three-Dimensional City Models

The DBM system will also work in an integrated manner with the "Three-Dimensional City Models Project." Through this integration, digital twins of cities will be created, and important data such as:

  • Building age,

  • Purpose of use,

  • Square meter information,

  • Ownership status

will be transferred to the digital environment. This will strengthen decision-making mechanisms based on reliable and up-to-date data across a wide range of areas, from urban transformation and disaster management to infrastructure planning and the tax system.

Added Value for All Sector Stakeholders

This groundbreaking system is expected to benefit a wide range of stakeholders, including citizens, investors, municipalities, public institutions, banks, insurance companies, urban planners, and the construction sector. The Value Information Center will offer a safer and fairer market environment for all parties by increasing transparency in real estate transactions.
